<p>A 50 YR OLD WOMAN consults for painful swelling of the throat for about 14 days.</p><p>physically lean and thin,with profound debility,great weakness and lose of breath on going upstairs.</p><p>the complaints started with fever with chilliness [mild fever] followed by painfull swelling.</p><p>there is suffocation and attacks of palpitations.no cough.</p><p>She wants to keep feet in cool place.very hungry.</p><p>all complaints are better by eating.thirst is marked.</p><p>lady is restless,must do something,she cannot keep still must kep in constant motion. impulsive,sometimes wants to kill herself one more symptom fear of people</p><p>on examination thyroid is enlarged.</p><p>which remedy will you choose for this case.</p>
